Held up Sim quick fix.

Even though we have set Sim days and times its still a little frustrating when all the games are played 24 hrs before Sim except 1 or 2 games. If it is because your busy thats fine, life is hectic. But if it is for internet reasons or your a re occuring offender of holding up Sim for hours I have a good fix. if all games are played 20 hrs before a sim except one game (which means your holding it up) the responsible party will be booted for that game. The game will be played by either cpu or from a volunteer list. from that list Marc will pick 1 person at random. the best part is the person who is holding up Sim can decide weather he wants CPU to play his game or hand the game over to a responcible OG , OG, OG MPOA player for one game. Im sure who ever gets the game will play with pride and not lose on purpose because if you do get the game and lose your gonna get more smack talk then if you lost with your own squad. Let us know any comments feel free.

Communication is key if you know you will be late playing a game. But if no communication, do whats best based on what you commishes feel.

i say boot them and bring them back but idk their is a reason we have sim days so people can play games and have time for " life " . so i guess i am neutral on this one .

@ the same time how do you like waiting 20+ hours for 1 game to be played. Its like being on a real team everyone comes to practice early except 1 dude who comes on time.

Im on the fence as well but more so yes than no because you leave that "well he lost with my team and thats not fair" conversation open but we could have someone in another division fill in for them

Well of course it won't be from same division maybe even different conference. That will avoid all that. Plus people who make playoffs play all there games right away

I not sure this is fair man some people are in order leagues some ppl are very busy...i know that its awesome to advance early and get the season going quick but we give our owners a set amount of days to get their games in for a reason....i know we all want to keep it moving but if communication is the key and we communicate to our owners that advance is Friday night then who are we to go back on our word....

Example:
I'm in 4 leagues: three advance tonight on Friday...
I might not wont to play all those games at one time
so i spread them out to give me some room
Since i know they all advance on different days I adjust accordingly
I have no idea that every one is getting their games in early in MPOA
I shouldnt be punished by a quick sim becuz we are impatient


I just feel if a owner has a game scheduled then we need to let them play u never know how a loss will affect a play off race...

No if a owner hasnt had any communication with the person hes playing that week i say we give them until 5pm eastern and then we boot them... ON ADVANCE DAY

agree we should have a sim game count...if you are not making ur games on schedule then we allow this to happen 3 times then u get a official boot...

we can do a quick boot just to let the other person play cpu...But lets no disrespect our owner becuz we get a lil impatient some times... Yes early advances are great...but we do give them a set date and we need to follower our own rules if we expect anyone else too

im with DG on this one....why have set days and a time....now i can see if maybe the person knows they cant play so they have someone else play but if you have 3 games to play in 3 days u may need a little time and not want someone else to play.....or what if someone knows they gonna lose so they have a more qualified player to step in.....i dunno but i play my games in time anyways so i got nothin to worry about but i just dunno on this one.....im on the fence but i voted lol.

I really dont like the idea of this, but then again I dont like waiting on 2 people to play their games so that the league can sim and move fwd.

I say screw em..if they aint on to play their game in the timeframe mentioned above then we vote and if vote passes we boot em and either let the one opponent play cpu or we sim it all together.

Allowing another person to play another persons game is gonna cause more concern within the league. The whole he lost my game and now I wont make the playoffs is gonna be a issue. PERSONALLY I dont wanna be having to hear all that on facebook or here. Then to have em bash the franchise as well.

I like the set days that we got now, but if you want to speed things up...let's go back to every 2 days. Thats my suggestion.

I didn't read all the comment so I'm sorry if this has been said. But I don't like this rule at all. Isn't that the point of set sim times? So people know they have until then to get the game in. There's some times when I get home from work and I'm not doin anything but relaxing cause I'm tired and I know I can because I know when the sim time is. Now because some people play their games right after sim and get impatient u wanna do this. Doesn't seem right. Is it really gonna kill people to wait an extra day to play their next game while waiting for someone to play theirs in the current week?
